The company's office is located at Unit 187 Protea Estate, 121 4th Road, Midrand, 1687. The company was established as a result of the efforts of its owner, Sifiso Ngubane, and his experience in working in the security industry, starting from guard roles all the way up to managerial positions.

Among his other employers was the US Embassy in Sandton, South Africa where he underwent further training in line with the Embassy’s requirements which goes beyond some of the training provided in South Africa.
